As our customer base continued to grow, we began encountering limitations that many brands experience when relying solely on third-party factories. Inconsistent product quality, unstable delivery schedules, differences between samples and bulk production, and even rejected orders due to low production volumes made it increasingly difficult to provide the level of service we expected. We realized that stable quality could never rely entirely on external resources. To take full control of product development and manufacturing, we established our own design team and production system. We built a professional team covering sales, fashion design, pattern making, sourcing, and quality management, while developing our own production line with experienced sample makers, cutting specialists, quality inspectors, and finishing technicians. For the first time, we achieved a fully integrated workflow—from product development and sample creation to manufacturing and quality control. We were no longer simply coordinating production. We had become a company capable of transforming ideas into market-ready products.

As more fashion brands chose us as their long-term manufacturing partner, demand continued to grow rapidly. To support larger production volumes and provide more efficient services, we officially established Yixuan International Supply Chain Management (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. and expanded into a new 800㎡ facility, including a 150㎡ product showroom. At the same time, we significantly expanded our production and service teams by adding specialists across sampling, cutting, sourcing, warehousing, quality management, and production coordination. More importantly, we refined every stage of our workflow—from product planning and fabric sourcing to pattern development, sample production, bulk manufacturing, quality control, and delivery management. This marked an important milestone in our evolution. We were no longer simply producing garments—we had built a scalable, one-stop apparel supply chain capable of supporting global fashion brands from concept to production.

While working with fashion brands around the world, we noticed a recurring challenge across the plus-size apparel industry.Most plus-size garments were created by simply grading up standard-size patterns, without accounting for differences in body proportions,weight distribution, movement, or comfort.The industry wasn't lacking factories—it was lacking a product development system built specifically for plus-size women.We believed this needed to change.That year, we launched our dedicated plus-size apparel research program.We began collecting global market data, studying consumer preferences across different regions, and building our proprietary plus-size pattern database.Our research extended far beyond sizing, covering body measurements, body shapes, movement, pattern structures, grading systems, and fabric performance through extensive fitting sessions and product testing.Each fitting and product iteration added valuable insights that strengthened our development system.Our goal was never to make garments larger—it was to create clothing that truly fits plus-size women.This marked the turning point from manufacturing company to professional plus-size apparel development partner.

After years of continuous research and product development, more plus-size brands began choosing us—not simply for manufacturing, but for our expertise.Many emerging brands struggled to find suppliers who genuinely understood plus-size development.Traditional factories often relied on standard-size methods, overlooking the structural adjustments required across the shoulders, bust, waist, hips, sleeves, and overall mobility.Rather than simply producing garments, we partnered with brands to develop better products together.Every fitting session, customer insight, and product revision expanded our pattern library while deepening our understanding of different body types across countries, age groups, and lifestyles.We continuously refined fit, fabric selection, construction techniques, and wearing comfort, helping brands create collections that were not only beautiful but genuinely wearable.By this stage, we had helped 143 fashion brands launch or grow their businesses, supporting many from their first product to successful long-term collections.

Years of continuous investment in plus-size research translated into measurable commercial success. Together with our client EYWOL, we developed a plus-size dress collection that exceeded 100,000 pieces—an important milestone that validated our product development approach. It reinforced what we had believed from the beginning: successful plus-size apparel is not created by simply scaling up standard-size garments. It comes from an integrated development system that combines body research, professional pattern engineering, fabric selection, fitting validation, and continuous product refinement.
