What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
To support emerging brands and allow customers to test new designs with lower risk, our standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 100 pieces per style.
We understand that flexibility is important during the product development stage, so we provide efficient sampling and small-batch production solutions to help brands validate their market demand before scaling production.
How long does it take to develop a sample?
Our standard sample development timeline is 7–14 business days after receiving your confirmed tech pack, fabric details, and required specifications.
For brands with urgent launch schedules, we also offer an expedited 7-day sample service to accelerate the product development process. Additional fees may apply depending on the project requirements, complexity, and timeline.
What size range do you produce?
We specialize exclusively in plus-size apparel manufacturing, offering size ranges from M to 6XL (US sizes 8–36).
Unlike standard apparel manufacturers that simply scale up regular patterns, our size grading and pattern development are specifically engineered around real plus-size body proportions, ensuring better fit, comfort, and wearability.
We also support custom size ranges and personalized grading solutions based on your brand’s target customers and market requirements.
What payment terms do you offer?
Our standard payment terms are 50% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining 50% balance due before shipment.
For qualified repeat customers with an established order history, more flexible payment terms may be available, with the balance payable against shipping documents, subject to account approval.
We currently accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and Western Union.
