What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style per colour. For new clients placing a first development order, we can accommodate smaller quantities of 50 pieces per style to allow for market testing before committing to a full production run.
How long does sampling take?
Standard sampling lead time is 7-14 working days from the date we receive your approved tech pack and fabric. If you require an expedited sample, we offer a 5-day rush service for an additional fee. All sampling costs are credited against your first bulk order.
Do you work with brands that do not have their own designs?
Yes. Our in-house design team can develop original collections on your behalf, from trend research and concept development through to finished tech packs. We also offer a design refinement service for brands that have rough concepts but need professional technical execution.
What size range do you produce?
We specialise in plus-size apparel from XL to 8XL, equivalent to EU sizes 44 through 64. All grading is developed specifically for plus-size body proportions, not scaled from standard sizing. We can accommodate custom size ranges upon request.
Can I visit your factory?
Absolutely. We welcome client factory visits at any time. Our Guangzhou facility is located in Panyu District and is easily accessible from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. We can arrange accommodation and transportation assistance for overseas clients. Please contact us at least two weeks in advance to schedule your visit.
What certifications do you hold?
Our production facility is ISO 9001:2015 certified. We work with OEKO-TEX-certified fabric suppliers and can arrange SGS, Bureau Veritas or Intertek third-party inspections upon request. We are also able to support brands pursuing B Corp certification by providing supply chain transparency documentation.
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. For established clients with a track record of three or more orders, we offer 30/70 with the balance payable against shipping documents. We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal and Western Union.
Do you offer sustainable or eco-friendly production options?
Yes. We can source OEKO-TEX-certified, GOTS organic cotton, GRS recycled polyester and Tencel lyocell fabrics. We also offer water-based printing, biodegradable packaging and carbon offset shipping options. Our sustainability team can advise on the most cost-effective approach for your brand's environmental goals.
How do you handle communication and project management?
Every client is assigned a dedicated account manager who serves as your single point of contact throughout the entire process. We use a combination of email, WhatsApp and a shared project tracking sheet to ensure full transparency. Weekly progress updates are provided during active production runs.
